Live Classes

Live classes are offered only for L1 and L2 (Instructor-Led Online packages: 32 hours of interactive live sessions with expert CFA faculty, archived for on-demand viewing). L3 packages are Self-Study only — there is currently no Instructor-Led or live-class option for Level III.

Tutoring

Tutoring/counselling hours available as a standalone paid add-on ($75/hour) at any level. L1 and L2 Instructor-Led Online packages additionally bundle 6 mentor hours ($450 value) plus unlimited instructor comments. L3 has no Instructor-Led package option, so L3 candidates access tutoring only via the $75/hour add-on, with standard (non-unlimited) instructor comments included in Self-Study.

Mobile App

Mark Meldrum offers an app for offline video viewing on Android and iOS.

Mark Meldrum includes a customizable study planner that builds a schedule around exam date, study start date, and weekly hours.

Analytics & Tracking

Performance stats and benchmark comparisons against other subscribers are documented on the public site.

Offline Access

The Mark Meldrum app supports offline video viewing on Android and iOS for all levels. For L1 and L2, the Archive (an in-app reading-video library) remains accessible for up to three years after a package expires, per the Terms & Conditions. L3 is more restricted: candidates only retain Archive access while awaiting results for the current exam window — once results are released, ALL Archive access is removed unless the package is extended.

Free content is available with sign-up, and the homepage advertises a free preview with no credit card required.

Refund Policy

No cash refunds — all content becomes available immediately upon purchase per the Terms & Conditions. Level 1 and Level 2 Instructor-Led packages include a “One Fee to Pass” guarantee (continue at no additional charge until you pass). All other packages require a one-time $100 USD extension fee to move to a different exam period.
