Fitch's adaptive schedule and offline MP4 downloads were genuinely helpful — when I missed a study day, the platform adjusted without drama. The instructor helpdesk is real: got timely responses to L1 technical questions within hours. The downsides: the Cognition app is unreliable — progress resets and sync failures across devices are well-documented. Pricing is contact-only, so budget planning is difficult upfront. The No Pass No Pay guarantee sounds compelling but requires strict session attendance logs and a 70%+ mock score. Solid for structured learners; frustrating for self-paced.
